Block Street

Block Street Mgmt was born out of a necessity.  I came across property owners looking for property management that is done in a fresh tenant friendly, organized and transparent way.  These owners are looking for affordable, tenant focused, detail oriented property management.  I quickly realized I had something to offer this space.  So I established Block Street Mgmt to meet the needs of clients that are wanting first class property management.  Tenants should love your investments as much as you do.

We decided that in order to have fantastic tenants, we have to be fantastic at keeping the homes in top condition, treating the tenants with kindness and respect, and step into the 21st century by allowing rent payments, maintenance requests and insurance records to be kept online.  No more dropping off checks, no more missed ledger entries.  Clear concise accounting for our owners and investors, transparent use of funds, and top notch owner & tenant communication.

For Owners

We have created an owner portal where you can review your monthly owners statements, property management agreements, and even fund your property directly via direct bank transfer, no more having to write checks.  Our goal is to make things so simple you can check on your property from your phone.

  • We take care of all maintenance requests using trusted vendors.
  • We collect rent, security deposits, and application fees and payout monthly direct to you or your entity.
  • We have an amazing screening parter that does all criminal, credit and background checks.  Safety is a top priority.
  • When it’s time to market your property for lease, we have your back on that too.
  • The owner of Block Street Mgmt is a licensed real estate agent so marketing, showing, and leasing is no trouble at all.

For Tenants

We have created a Tenant Portal where the tenant can log in to pay their rent and any review any charges they may have. They can pay their rent via credit card, or even direct transfer.  We provide a direct text link for them to text us any issues or needs and we answer them.  Communication is top priority.
